JOVE recognizes human resources as the most important company assets for achieving the company's goal being a reliable solution provider. Therefore, we have been investing heavily in staff training and development programs to enhance our work efficiency and build up the team work spirit.

Through our continuous and systematic training program, we provide classroom training to complement on-job training to all levels of our employees, from operators to managers ,on subjects from orientation, basic and advanced PCB knowledge to the more sophisticated management skills and techniques. We also have a certification and recertification program for our employees, which form an integral part of their year performance appraisal.
