JOVE'S commitment to provide quick turn solution to customers includes maximum 2 hours responses to RFQ, quick turn sample fabrication (1-2days for 2-4 layers FR-4 boards and 2-3 days for 6-8 layers FR-4 boards )and prompt delivery.

To ensure that the before and after sales’ services will be properly handled, JOVE has defined the rules clearly in the ISO9001:2008 system so that all Sales &Marketing Offices will follow the same practice, It is our norm to help customers achieve cost saving by means of gerber file review and optimization of panel utilization before we start to produce.

Once the mass production starts, we will monitor the output status on regular basis through the daily WIP status reports and ERP data to ensure on-time delivery.
